Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Access to the main road and metro gate is incredibly convenient, making daily commutes quite hassle free. Maintenance staff respond promptly to any issues we have raised, which gives a sense of security in knowing that help is always just a call away. The community here feels welcoming, with friendly neighbors who often come together for festivals and gatherings. One minor issue has been occasional noise from nearby construction, but it hasn't significantly impacted our experience.

Quiet evenings in our flat make it easy to unwind after a long day at work. The lift is always well maintained, and the building's upkeep is commendable, but I do wish for a little more attention to the garden area outside, it's not as inviting as it could be. Bijnor Road has some lovely parks nearby where kids can play, and finding an auto or cab isn't much of a hassle, which is great for busy days. It really feels like home here!

Walking into the flat, the quality of the construction really stood out to me. It feels sturdy and well finished, which gives a sense of comfort. Surprisingly, it's quite peaceful inside despite being in a lively area, noise from outside hardly intrudes. Just wish there was a bit more attention to detail in the kitchen cabinetry, but it's a small thing compared to how much we enjoy our home here on Bijnor Road.

Been here since possession. The layout works well for a family. Power backup is reliable and the neighbours are cooperative. Could do with more greenery in the common areas.

Walls have issues with paint peeling in some areas, which is disappointing given the price point. Finishing touches inside could definitely use improvement, we've noticed that other options nearby offer better quality for similar or even lower rates. It feels like more attention was needed during construction to truly justify what we paid.

Noticing how friendly the neighbours are has been a pleasant surprise, there's always someone to chat with in the evenings. Proximity to Bijnor Road makes commuting easier, but the constant noise from traffic can be quite bothersome at times. The lack of good maintenance for shared areas is disappointing and affects the overall feel of what could otherwise be a lovely community.
