Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

There's something comforting about having all the essentials nearby. Shops, hospitals, and schools are all within a short distance, making daily life much simpler for our family. The only downside has been the occasional traffic during peak hours, but that's a small price to pay for everything else we enjoy here.

Water supply issues are a frequent concern around here. Sometimes, the pressure drops significantly during peak hours, which makes daily routines quite challenging. While prices may seem reasonable compared to similar properties in Panchkula, the lack of reliable power backup is frustrating and adds unnecessary stress. It's disappointing because we had higher expectations from a reputed builder in this area.

Noticing the way maintenance handles complaints is a bit frustrating. We often have to follow up multiple times just to get simple issues addressed, and it feels like common areas could use more attention, the corridors aren't always clean, which can be off putting. Baltana has its advantages with a couple of decent clinics nearby for emergencies, and we've generally had good luck with water supply and electricity here, so that's a relief. It's just unfortunate that upkeep doesn't match up to the rest of what this locality offers.

The quality of the flat is impressive, with solid finishes and thoughtful design that make daily life comfortable. If there's one small gripe, it would be that sometimes maintenance can take a bit longer than expected. Roads in Baltana are generally well maintained, which helps keep traffic flowing smoothly even during peak hours. It's reassuring to see regular upkeep of the infrastructure around here, making our commutes feel less stressful.

Balconies face the main road, which really brings in a lot of noise throughout the day. While there's decent airflow, the constant sound from traffic makes it hard to relax at times. More insulation would have made a big difference for comfort inside.

Air circulation in this flat is not great, and I often feel stuffy, especially during the summer months. The lift has also been out of service multiple times lately, which can be quite frustrating when you're carrying groceries or coming home after a long day at work. The building upkeep could certainly use some attention as well. Baltana's traffic situation during peak hours can get pretty hectic, so planning my outings requires a bit of foresight. Thankfully, there are several supermarkets and kirana stores nearby, making it easy to pick up essentials without too much hassle.
