Sunlight pours into the living room every morning, making it a pleasant start to the day. The air circulation is quite nice too, which keeps everything feeling fresh. There's plenty of shopping nearby, and having hospitals and schools just around the corner is such a relief when you have kids. My only small complaint would be that noise from the nearby main road can get a bit bothersome during rush hour. Kharghar has its quirks, but overall traffic isn't terrible outside peak hours, so getting around is manageable. Finding an auto or cab isn't much of an issue either, they're usually available within minutes.

Venturing out to the balcony often reveals how stuffy it can feel inside. While there's a gym and pool available, the facilities could use better maintenance, at times, it feels like they're not up to standard. Space is decent for family life, but the lack of proper airflow in our flat has been quite bothersome.

Security at the gate has been a concern lately, it often feels like there aren't enough guards on duty during busy hours. Comparing the price we paid to similar options in Kharghar, it seems we might not be getting the best value for our investment. It's disappointing since we expected better safety and service for this amount.

Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Bright natural light fills our flat, and the airflow is just right, making it feel so welcoming. The corridors and common areas are well maintained, which adds to the overall pleasant atmosphere here, my only minor issue would be that sometimes maintenance takes a bit longer than expected. Supermarkets and kirana stores are within walking distance, making grocery runs easy. Plus, with metro access nearby, commuting around Navi Mumbai is quite convenient.

Security at the gate is reassuring, with vigilant staff keeping an eye on everything. Convenience is a big plus here, we have schools, hospitals, and grocery shops all within easy reach. One small complaint would be that sometimes the Wi Fi connection can be a little unreliable during peak hours. Kharghar has some nice restaurants and food joints nearby, perfect for family outings or quick dinners after work. The roads are well maintained which makes commuting pretty smooth most of the time.
