Problems with the daily commute have been frustrating, as getting out of the gate during peak hours can be a real challenge. Maintenance staff respond to complaints, but the resolution often takes longer than expected, which isn't ideal when something urgent comes up. Roads around here are decent for the most part, but there's definitely room for improvement in infrastructure maintenance. The streets feel relatively safe at night, which is a plus when coming home late after work or running errands.

Right from the moment I entered, the construction quality of my flat stood out, everything feels solid and well finished. Security at the gate is reassuring too, with attentive staff always present to keep an eye on things. If there's one small issue, it would be that occasionally the noise from nearby roads can be a bit distracting during the day. Khagaul has been great for us with several clinics nearby, making it easy for family health needs. The roads are generally well maintained which definitely helps in commuting smoothly around Patna.

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.
