Quiet afternoons are a blessing here, and it's surprising how peaceful it feels inside the flat despite being in a bustling area like Harunagla. The value compared to other options is quite impressive, you really get a lot for what you pay. If I had to mention one small issue, it would be that sometimes the noise from outside can creep in during peak hours, but overall, it's been a lovely experience living here.

Well maintained corridors and common areas really enhance the living experience here at Phool Narayan Villas, setting it apart from other options in Bareilly. The only minor issue is that sometimes cleaning could be more frequent, but overall it's a great place for families.

Walking into my home, the first thing that strikes me is how quiet it feels inside. The peace makes it easy to unwind after a long day at work. Commuting from Harunagla is quite convenient too, everything I need is just a short drive away. One minor thing would be the occasional noise from outside during peak hours, but it's hardly bothersome given the overall comfort here.

Finding a friendly community here has been nice, but the lack of maintenance really brings down the overall experience. Neighbours are welcoming and often organize small gatherings which adds to the charm, yet issues like water supply can be frustrating at times. In this area, grabbing an auto or cab is pretty straightforward with plenty of options nearby, and having clinics within easy reach makes it convenient for quick medical needs. The local market is decent too for everyday shopping, so that's a plus.

Quality of the construction leaves much to be desired, with several areas showing poor finishing that's disappointing for what was promised. When comparing value to other properties in the Harunagla area, it's clear there are better options available for a similar price.
