Nice open spaces for kids to play, though they could add some more seating for parents nearby.

Nice place overall, but sometimes the security guards seem a bit strict without reason. The open spaces are good for evening walks, though I wish the lighting was better at night.

Lift was a bit slow during peak hours, so had to wait sometimes. Neighbours seem friendly overall, but it can get a little noisy in evenings. Still, good enough for daily living.

Neighbours are mostly friendly but sometimes it gets a bit noisy in the evenings. Water supply is mostly fine, though power backup could be better during summer. Overall, a decent place to live. Pretty average

The security guards here are quite helpful and polite, which makes me feel safe. Parking can get a bit tricky during evenings, but overall the place is peaceful with enough greenery around. Would be better if they improved parking space a little.

The flat’s finishing is quite good, feels solid and wellmade. I like that the area feels safe even when I come back late at night. Kids play area is simple but enough for my little one to enjoy. Would have liked a bit more greenery around though, but overall it’s comfortable to live here.
