Construction quality leaves a lot to be desired, with uneven finishes and some fixtures that feel cheap. Water supply can be erratic, and the power backup situation is inconsistent, which adds to the frustration of managing daily life here.

Security at the gate gives us peace of mind, and it's nice knowing that safety is a priority here. Shops for daily needs are just around the corner, plus there are good schools nearby which makes life easier with kids. My only small complaint would be that sometimes the internet service can be a bit slow during peak hours. As for Manghatai, you can't beat how reliable the water supply is here, and we've got some lovely parks where families can relax on weekends. It really feels like a community where everything you need is close by.

There's a decent sense of community here, and most neighbors are friendly. Access to schools and hospitals nearby is quite convenient, which was one of the reasons we chose this place. However, the maintenance could use some serious improvement, it feels like things are often overlooked when it comes to repairs or common area cleanliness. On another note, Manghatai has a couple of nice parks that make for a pleasant evening stroll, but I've noticed that the roads can get pretty bumpy now and then. The infrastructure seems neglected at times, which is disappointing for such a developing area.

Sunlight is decent in the mornings, which helps brighten up the space. The gym and pool area look nice but aren't well maintained, it can be disappointing, especially when you want to unwind after a long day. Ventilation is also an issue, some rooms feel stuffy despite having windows open most of the time.

Being just a stone's throw away from the main road and metro gate is such a relief, especially during peak hours. Common areas are well maintained, which adds to the overall pleasant experience, though I wish the corridors were cleaned more regularly.

Settling in here has been quite a pleasant experience. The construction finish and attention to detail in our flat reflect quality craftsmanship, which really makes it feel like home. Neighbours are friendly, creating a warm community spirit that adds to the overall comfort of living here. Only downside has been occasional delays with maintenance requests, but it hasn't overshadowed my satisfaction with the place.
