Nice open spaces around the building, feels good to step out and breathe fresh air. The security guards are helpful and polite, which makes me feel safe. Would be better if they had more regular community events to mix with neighbours.

The apartment feels wellbuilt and sturdy, which I really appreciate. We enjoy spending evenings on the balcony because it gets good breeze and some sunlight.
