Common areas were pretty clean and wellmaintained, which made staying here comfortable. Kids play area could be a bit bigger for more fun. Overall, a decent place to live. Nice and neat

Place is decent for living but parking can be a bit of a headache during peak hours. Shops and markets are not too far, so daily needs are manageable. I felt the rent here is slightly on the higher side compared to similar areas nearby. Overall, it’s okay if you don’t mind small inconveniences.

The flat feels wellbuilt and the finishing inside is quite neat. It’s nice to have some open space around, though a bit more greenery would make evenings better. Overall, I felt safe coming back late here.

Nice place to stay, especially if you have kids. The play area kept my little ones busy and happy most of the time. Neighbours are friendly and it feels like a small community, which I liked. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the evenings but overall comfortable. Would be good if parking space was a bit more organized.

The area feels quite peaceful, and I usually don’t face much traffic while going to work. Coming back late in the evening, it feels safe enough which is a big relief. The community events helped me meet some nice neighbours, though I wish there were more activities on weekends. Overall, a comfortable place to stay without too much noise or hassle.

Nice and peaceful place to stay, not much noise even during peak hours. Commute to office was smooth, didn’t face much traffic hassle. Only thing is the elevator could be a bit faster during busy times.

Lift sometimes takes longer than I expected, especially during evening rush. Otherwise, the corridors are kept fairly clean and it feels safe to walk around even late at night. Water supply is mostly fine but a few times there was low pressure which was a bit annoying. Overall, a decent place to stay if you don’t mind small hiccups now and then.

Place feels quite peaceful in the evenings, which I liked after a busy day. Kids have some space to play around safely, so that was good for my family. Maybe a few more benches in the common areas would make it even better.
