Maintenance of the corridors and common areas really needs attention. It often feels like an afterthought, which is disappointing when you pay good money for this place. Commute from the gate can also be quite a hassle during peak hours, traffic tends to build up quickly, making daily travel stressful.

Walking into my flat in Parshwnath Enclave, the construction quality really stood out right away. The finishes feel durable and well done, which is nice because you want your home to last. Air circulation throughout the space keeps things fresh, making even warm days more comfortable. If I had one small complaint, it would be about some occasional noise from nearby construction, luckily it's not too distracting. In Ramganj Mandi, we're fortunate with consistent electricity and water supply definitely a plus for daily life. Finding an auto or cab around here is hassle free as well, they are always available nearby when needed.

Such a pleasant surprise finding this place, with shops and schools just around the corner, making daily life so much easier. It's great to have a hospital nearby for emergencies too, my only complaint would be that sometimes it gets a little noisy during peak hours. Road quality is decent and maintenance seems consistent, plus water and electricity supply has been reliable without any major issues.

Complaints are handled promptly, and it really feels like everyone looks out for one another here. The only minor issue has been a couple of delays with repairs, but nothing major. Ramganj Mandi has manageable traffic during peak hours, which is a relief considering how busy Kota can get. The roads are well maintained too, making daily commutes much smoother.

Inside the flat, it's impressively peaceful despite being in a bustling area, I often find myself enjoying quiet evenings after a long workday. My only small concern would be occasional noise from nearby construction during the day, but it hasn't overshadowed my overall satisfaction with this place.
