Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.

Feeling good about the daily commute from here, as it's just a few minutes to the main road and public transport. The maintenance staff is always prompt in addressing issues, which gives me peace of mind. One small thing though: sometimes I wish the internet service was a bit more reliable during peak hours. The OMR area has plenty of great restaurants and food joints, so you'll never run out of options for dinner or takeout. Plus, with easy metro access nearby, it's simple to get around the city when needed.

Security at the gate has been a bit of a concern, with guards sometimes seeming untrained or distracted. On the other hand, while there's decent light coming in during the day, ventilation isn't great and it can feel stuffy when it's humid outside. Those issues definitely put a damper on what could be an otherwise pleasant living experience here in OMR.

Noticing how well the lifts are maintained adds to the comfort of living here, and the quiet inside my flat is truly refreshing after a long day. Just wish there was a bit more attention to the common areas sometimes, but that's a small issue in an otherwise great experience. Schools nearby are quite good, and finding an auto or cab is never a hassle at all on OMR. It's nice to have everything we need within reach while still enjoying some peace at home.

Feeling secure as soon as I step through the gate is one of the best parts of living here. The security setup is efficient, giving me peace of mind while my family goes about our daily routines. Daily commutes are straightforward from this location, with easy access to major roads that save us time in traffic. My only small concern would be that the fitness center could use a bit more variety in equipment. OMR has been surprisingly quiet for such a busy area, which makes evenings at home quite pleasant. Plus, I've noticed property values steadily rising around here, so it feels like a good long term investment too.

Comfortable living space with good ventilation and decent building upkeep. The lift has had its moments, needing attention once in a while, but the convenience of being close to the main road makes up for it. I appreciate how well maintained the common areas are, which adds to the overall charm of this place. Shops and supermarkets are just a short walk away, making grocery runs simple. There are also schools nearby that my children attend, which is quite convenient for our daily routine.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.
