Consistent maintenance of the lifts shows how much attention is given to the building's upkeep, which adds a lot of comfort. The gym and sports area are well equipped, making it easy for my family to stay active without having to go far. One small downside is that sometimes there's a bit of congestion during peak hours when everyone heads out, but that's just a minor hiccup in an otherwise enjoyable living experience. Orion Pride really feels like a community where we can grow together as neighbors.

Friendly neighbours make coming home a pleasure, and the nearby shops and schools are super helpful for our busy lives. One small complaint would be that sometimes the noise from the street can get a little bothersome in the evenings. Parks for morning walks are just around the corner, plus there are plenty of supermarkets and kirana stores within walking distance, which makes errands pretty manageable.

Complaints are addressed quickly by the maintenance staff, which gives me peace of mind. The flat is surprisingly quiet, allowing for a relaxed environment despite being in the city. Kasba has great schools nearby that my kids attend, making it convenient for our family. Property values here have been steadily climbing, so it's nice to see our investment grow as well.
