Seeing the gym and pool area right outside my balcony has been a game changer for my routine. It's nice to have everything I need for exercise just steps away, and the security setup at the gate gives me peace of mind. The only minor issue is that sometimes it gets crowded during peak hours, but that's manageable. The streets feel very safe at night, which makes evening walks enjoyable, and catching an auto or cab around here is never a hassle.

Feeling really at home here, especially with the metro gate just a short walk away and the lifts always in good condition. The building is well maintained, though I do wish for a bit more greenery around us. Supermarkets and kirana stores are conveniently nearby, making it easy to grab essentials without much fuss. Roads are well kept too, so getting around is quite smooth.

Noticing the lift breaking down frequently has been quite frustrating. It's tough for us with kids and elderly family members when we have to climb multiple floors. Additionally, the upkeep of the gym and pool areas leaves a lot to be desired, they often feel neglected, which is disappointing given how much we all look forward to using them.

Quality of construction feels off, there are issues with the finishing that seem to have been overlooked. On a positive note, Mullanpur has its perks with plenty of auto and cab options nearby, so commuting isn't much of a hassle. Plus, there are supermarkets and kirana stores within walking distance for daily needs, making life a bit easier despite the other concerns.

Noticed that the lifts in Opus One are often out of service, which can be quite frustrating, especially during busy hours. While there are decent shops and hospitals nearby, the overall upkeep of the building feels lacking at times. Schools in the vicinity are good, but considering everything else, it doesn't quite balance out for me.

Proximity to the main road and metro station has made commuting incredibly simple, whether it's for work or weekend outings. Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Lift maintenance has been disappointing, with frequent breakdowns that really disrupt our daily routine. The building upkeep seems lacking too, as the construction finishes in my flat aren't up to par with what was promised. Mullanpur offers a nice vibe overall, with parks nearby for a quick walk and it's easy enough to grab an auto or cab whenever needed. Local shops are also around which makes errands convenient.
