Living here for the past ten months. The flat gets good ventilation and the construction quality is solid. The maintenance team is responsive enough when you raise issues.

Neighbors are friendly and there's a nice community feel, which is comforting. On the downside, the flat can feel quite stuffy at times, making it hard to enjoy the space fully.

Traffic near the entrance can be quite frustrating, especially during peak hours. Commuting to work takes longer than expected, which is disappointing given the growing number of options in Jabalpur that offer better connectivity. While the amenities are decent for families, I feel like the overall value just doesn't match up with what's available nearby. It leaves me wishing I'd considered other places more seriously before moving in.

Been here since possession. The layout works well for a family. Power backup is reliable and the neighbours are cooperative. Could do with more greenery in the common areas.

Shops and schools are fairly close, which is helpful for daily needs, but the hospital situation could be better. The lift has been acting up lately, it often stops working or takes ages to arrive. Considering the upkeep of the building, it feels like things are slipping a bit, which is disappointing given that we expected more from One Realty.

Security at the gate is reassuring, with guards present around the clock ensuring a safe environment for everyone. Inside the flat, it feels remarkably quiet, which is a welcome relief after a busy day at work. One minor concern would be occasional maintenance delays for common areas, but that hasn't significantly impacted my experience here. Overall, it's been a pleasant place to call home in Barela.

There's a wonderful sense of community among neighbours here, which makes everyday life so much more enjoyable. The proximity to the main road and metro gate makes commuting really straightforward, but I do wish there were more options for dining out nearby. Barela feels quite settled and developed these days, with property values steadily appreciating. It's nice to see families moving in and making it their home as well.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.
