Moved in roughly a year back. The society is quiet and the building is kept reasonably clean. Connectivity to the main road is decent for daily work commute.

Schools nearby have been a blessing for my children, making mornings so much smoother. Quick access to shops and hospitals means we're never far from what we need, which is comforting. The only downside has been some occasional construction noise from the area, but inside our flat it feels peaceful enough to relax after a long day.

Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.

Noticing the attention to detail in the construction finish really made a difference when we moved into our flat at Omaxe Waterscape. The quality of materials used is commendable, and the water supply has been consistent, which is a huge relief for everyday tasks. Our only minor issue has been with the power backup, it could be a bit quicker during peak times. Gomti Nagar Extension is convenient too, with good metro access nearby making commutes easier. Surprisingly, despite being close to some busy roads, it's pretty quiet around here ideal for family time and relaxation.

Noise from the nearby roads is a constant issue, making it hard to enjoy peace at home. While the construction finish looked promising initially, there are definitely areas where quality seems lacking, like in the bathroom fittings that feel cheap and not durable. The sound insulation isn't great either, you can hear your neighbors quite clearly during conversations or family activities. With some attention to these details, it could be much better than what I've experienced so far.

Meeting my neighbours during the community events has really brought a sense of belonging that I appreciate. While the building and surroundings are generally well maintained, I've noticed that the lifts could use a little more regular servicing. Overall, it's been a positive experience living here in Gomti Nagar Extension.

Too much humidity in the flat makes it feel stuffy, and I find myself constantly needing to keep the windows open. Commute can be tough as well, getting out of the gate during peak hours is a real hassle. On the bright side, there are supermarkets and kirana stores just a short walk away, which is convenient for daily needs. Public transport options like the metro and bus stations aren't far either, making it easier to get around town.

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Sunlight pours into the flat all day, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that I truly appreciate. The construction finish is solid, with quality materials used throughout, which gives everything a nice touch. One small issue is the occasional noise from nearby construction, but it hasn't been too disruptive. Gomti Nagar Extension offers convenient bus access and the metro isn't far either, making commutes manageable. Property values here have been steadily rising, which gives me confidence about our investment in this area.

Traffic near the main road can be quite frustrating during peak hours, making daily commutes longer than expected. The proximity to the metro is a plus, but it's often packed, especially in the mornings. While there are conveniences around, I wish it was easier to get out without getting stuck in jams. For such a new development like Omaxe Waterscape, better traffic management would have made a significant difference.
