The flat was nicely finished and felt sturdy, which I liked a lot. The lifts were a bit slow during peak hours, but overall it was comfortable for daily living. Kids seemed to enjoy the small play area nearby, which is a nice touch.

The staff were polite and always ready to help, which made my stay comfortable. Water supply was mostly steady, though a bit slow during peak hours. Overall, it felt like a safe and decent place to live. Mostly good
