Common areas are usually clean and wellmaintained, which I liked. Power backup works fine most of the time, but sometimes it takes a while to switch on. Overall, a decent place to stay without much hassle.

Parking can be a bit tricky during evenings, but overall the neighbours are friendly and it feels like a nice community to live in. Power backup is reliable, so no worries there. Would be better if parking space was a little more organized.

Parking is usually not a problem here, which is a relief in busy times. Staff are mostly helpful and polite, making daily comings and goings smooth. Would be better if the lifts were a bit faster during peak hours though.

Nice place overall, but the lifts can be quite slow during rush hours which gets a bit frustrating. The kids play area is decent, my little one enjoyed it a lot. Commute to office was manageable, though traffic nearby can get busy sometimes.

The flats here feel solid and wellbuilt, which I really appreciated. Neighbours seem friendly and the overall atmosphere is calm, making it a nice place to come back to after work. Sometimes the lift takes a bit longer than I expect, but it’s not a big issue. Overall, comfortable enough for daily living.
