Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Access to the gym and pool has really helped our family stay active and unwind after long workdays. Having a reliable water supply and power backup is such a relief, especially during the hotter months. If I had to mention one small issue, it would be that the pool area could use more lounge chairs on weekends since it gets quite busy then.

Bright morning sunlight fills the rooms, making it feel warm and inviting. Fresh air flows through the flat, which really helps create a pleasant atmosphere after a long day at work. Commute from here is pretty straightforward, I appreciate how close everything is to the main road but, honestly, traffic can be tricky during rush hours. North Guwahati has been great when it comes to basic amenities, water and electricity are quite reliable here. Property values seem to be on an upward trend lately, so I'm hopeful for some good appreciation in the future too.

Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.

Noticing the lack of maintenance in common areas has been quite disappointing. The corridors often look untidy, which doesn't give a good impression as guests come over. Shops and small grocery stores are fairly close, and that's convenient when we need quick items, but reliable hospitals in the area seem lacking. There are some decent restaurants nearby where we enjoy occasional takeouts, but I've also heard from other parents that the local schools aren't as great as they used to be. It makes you think twice about long term plans here with children in mind.

Commute can be a real challenge here. It takes longer than expected to navigate traffic, especially during peak hours. Considering other options in North Guwahati, this place feels like it lacks value for the price we pay given the daily hassle just to get out of the area.

The daily commute from the gate is convenient enough, yet it feels like rush hour traffic can drag on longer than expected. In terms of locality, noise levels can get pretty high due to nearby roads and commercial areas. During peak hours, navigating through traffic turns into a bit of a challenge that tests anyone's patience.

Walking into the flat, it's refreshing how quiet it feels inside. The noise levels are minimal, whether in the corridors or common areas, allowing for a peaceful environment at home. A small issue could be the occasional maintenance delay with some common facilities, but overall it's been a positive experience. North Guwahati has its charm with nice parks nearby where families can spend time together. Plus, there are several great restaurants and food joints around that offer a delightful range of options for dining out on weekends.
