Water supply issues are quite frequent here, which makes daily life a bit challenging. We've faced several instances where the water was either low or completely unavailable for hours at a stretch. Considering the price point compared to other options in the area, it feels like we might have overpaid for what we're getting. On a positive note, there are some nice parks nearby where kids can play and we can take evening walks. Plus, having good hospitals and clinics just around the corner provides peace of mind for any health emergencies that may arise.

Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.

First thing that stands out here is the noise level, or rather the lack of it inside my flat. Despite being in a bustling area like Kondapur, I often find myself disturbed by sounds from the corridors or nearby flats. The community feel could be better too, while some neighbours are friendly, others keep to themselves and it feels a bit isolated at times. Kondapur has its advantages with property values steadily rising, but there's still quite a bit of traffic noise from nearby roads during peak hours. It makes me wonder if this place will really maintain its appeal long term with all that hustle outside.

Safety measures seem good, but the amenities don't match up to what I expected. The gym is small and often overcrowded, making it difficult to complete a proper workout. The pool area feels under maintained, it could definitely use more attention. Given the price point in Kondapur, other options nearby offer better facilities for families looking for a balanced lifestyle.

Commuting from here is surprisingly easy, whether I'm heading to work or picking up the kids. The water supply and power backup have been reliable, which eases a lot of daily stress. My only small complaint would be that the lifts can sometimes take a while during peak hours, but it's really a minor issue considering everything else runs smoothly.
