Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Security at the gate gives a reassuring feeling every time I come home, and the water supply is reliable without any interruptions. Just wish there was a bit more communication about scheduled power outages from time to time.

Corridors often feel neglected, with cleaning happening too infrequently for my liking. The noise level inside the flat can be quite bothersome, especially during peak hours when kids are playing and people are coming in and out. While there's some comfort in the layout of our home, it doesn't always outweigh these ongoing issues. On a brighter note, Kondapur does have some decent parks nearby where families can unwind over the weekends. Plus, there are a few good restaurants around that offer varied cuisines which makes dining out easy when there's no time to cook.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Bright and clean corridors always make me feel good coming home, and the security setup at the gate gives us peace of mind. Just wish the common areas were a bit more frequently maintained, but overall it's been a lovely place to call home.
