Parking is usually not a problem here, which I liked. The area feels quite safe even late at night. Water supply is mostly fine, just once had a small issue. Good experience overall. Easy parking

Really liked how peaceful the area feels with lots of green around. The balcony is my favorite spot in the mornings for tea and fresh air. Shops and daily needs are not too far, which makes life easy. Sometimes the maintenance could be a bit quicker, but overall it’s a nice place to stay.

Living here has been mostly good, especially the power backup which never lets us down during storms. The lifts can get a bit slow during peak hours, but it’s manageable. Rent prices seem reasonable compared to nearby places, so it feels like a decent investment. Overall, it’s comfortable for daily life with just small improvements needed in elevator speed.
