Quality of construction in my flat is quite impressive, and it really feels solid. Just a slight issue with the water pressure sometimes, but overall we enjoy our home. Being close to the main road makes commuting easy, and there are hospitals nearby which gives us peace of mind for any emergencies. Noise levels are manageable too, it's not too disruptive even during peak hours.

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Quality of the construction leaves much to be desired. There are visible cracks on walls and some fittings seem rather cheap for what was promised. Power backup issues also plague us, especially during peak hours when it often fails, which can disrupt daily routines. Water supply is inconsistent, some days it's a struggle to get enough pressure for basic needs.

Walking through the corridors, you can really feel the community spirit among neighbours. People take the time to greet each other, and there's a nice sense of camaraderie during festivals and local events. The upkeep of common areas is quite commendable as well, they are well maintained and inviting. One small concern I have is the occasional noise from nearby construction, but that hasn't affected my overall experience much. In Sarika, Vizianagaram, families love having schools nearby that offer quality education for our kids. Property values have been steadily rising in this area too, which gives us confidence about our investment here.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Noise levels can be quite bothersome, and it's hard to find peace inside the flat. The lift has often felt a bit neglected, and building upkeep could certainly improve. On a positive note, getting around is easy with good access to the metro and bus services nearby. Water supply is generally reliable here, and electricity usually stays consistent too.

Quite surprised by how peaceful it feels inside the flat, you hardly notice the outside noise. Maintenance staff are responsive and quick to handle any issues, which makes life much easier. Only downside is that sometimes they can be a bit stretched during peak hours, but overall it's been a positive experience living here.

Shops are decent around here, but the variety isn't great compared to what's available in other parts of Vizianagaram. Hospitals are also limited, you have to travel quite a distance for anything substantial. Schools nearby do offer good education, which is a plus, but when considering overall value for money, this place feels overpriced given the amenities provided. The build quality also leaves something to be desired, I expected better from Neospire Developers LLP.

Water supply here has been reliable, which is a blessing during those hot summer months. Power backup kicks in quickly whenever there's an outage, so daily life isn't disrupted much at all. My only minor complaint would be that sometimes the lifts can take a little longer than expected during peak hours. Sarika has been great for property appreciation, I've noticed steady growth over the years, which is always encouraging. As for food, there are some lovely local eateries nearby that offer everything from traditional dishes to modern cafes never run out of options!

Noticed how quickly the maintenance staff addresses any issues, they're always prompt and courteous. Common areas are well kept, though sometimes the corridors could use a little more attention on cleaning.
