Amenities like the gym and pool are nice additions, but consistent issues with water supply really make it frustrating. Power backup is also not as reliable as promised, which adds to the disappointment.

Walking into my flat, it's hard not to appreciate the fresh air that flows through. Maintenance staff has always been prompt and helpful with any issues we face, which makes a big difference in how comfortable I feel here. While there are times when common areas could be better maintained, overall our living experience has been very positive. In terms of locality, we have good hospitals just around the corner for any medical needs, which adds peace of mind. Plus, the area is relatively quiet compared to other places nearby, it's nice not having constant traffic noise interrupting our evenings.

Seeing the lift in good condition every day makes a noticeable difference, especially during busy mornings. The building itself is well kept, which adds to my satisfaction living here. Our proximity to the main road and the metro gate simplifies commuting, it's just a short walk away. Only downside has been occasional delays with maintenance requests, but nothing major. On another note, Mullanpur has some lovely parks nearby where kids can play freely or we can enjoy evening walks. Plus, water and electricity supply has been reliable, which is always a bonus for busy families like ours.

Stepping into the flat, there's a real sense of peace that you notice right away. The daily commute is quite manageable with easy access from the gate, which makes my mornings much smoother. Occasionally, I find myself wishing for better soundproofing, even though it feels calm inside, some noise does sneak in from outside now and then. Mullanpur has everything we need within walking distance supermarkets and kirana stores are just around the corner, making errands simple. Plus, there are nice parks nearby where we can unwind and enjoy some fresh air with family on weekends.

Nice to have all the essentials just a stone's throw away, with shops, hospitals, and schools nearby making life easier. The gym and pool within the project are fantastic for unwinding after a long day, though I wish the common areas were cleaned more regularly. There are some great restaurants around, especially if you're in the mood for local delicacies, but traffic can get quite heavy during peak hours which sometimes makes outings feel rushed.
