Too much dust and noise from the main road makes it hard to enjoy fresh air and natural light. Even though it's close to the metro gate, the lack of quiet moments is really frustrating.

Noise from the surrounding area can be quite distracting at times, especially during peak hours. Inside the flat, it feels like there's a constant hum that makes focusing difficult. While it's conveniently located in Indira Nagar, other options in Nashik might offer better sound insulation for a similar price.

Walls are well finished and show attention to detail, which makes a difference when settling in. The community here really stands out, neighbours often come together for festivals or just casual gatherings, creating a warm atmosphere that's hard to find elsewhere. One small issue is that the kitchen could use some more storage space for all my cooking essentials. Overall, it's been a pleasant experience calling Nariman Vanashree home in Nashik.

Security at the gate feels a bit lacking, there have been times when I felt uneasy about the setup. While some neighbors are friendly and we share good moments, there's not much of a community vibe overall, which is disappointing. The amenities in Nariman Vanashree could use some improvement to really encourage more interaction among families. On another note, Indira Nagar has its perks with decent parks nearby where kids can play, and there's a reliable clinic just around the corner for quick health needs. It does feel like we're in an accessible area, but I wish it had more of that neighbourhood spirit.

Complaints about maintenance staff are frequent here, and honestly, it can be frustrating. Water supply issues pop up now and then, which shouldn't be the case for a newer place. Power backup is decent most of the time, but when there's an outage, the response could definitely improve.

A lovely aspect here is the constant flow of fresh air throughout our home, making it feel welcoming and comfortable. Commutes are a breeze with easy access to main roads, which has been a huge plus for my daily routine. One small downside is that sometimes the noise from nearby construction can be slightly distracting, but it hasn't taken away from the overall positive experience.

Corridors and common areas are not maintained as well as one would hope, which is quite disappointing considering the expectations. It's frustrating to see litter sometimes left around and the walls needing a fresh coat of paint. The proximity to the main road is definitely a plus since it makes commuting easier, and there's also a metro gate nearby that adds convenience. As for the locality, the roads have decent quality but could use some attention in places. There are supermarkets and kirana stores within walking distance, so daily needs can be managed easily without too much hassle.

Living here for the past ten months. The flat gets good ventilation and the construction quality is solid. The maintenance team is responsive enough when you raise issues.

Noticing how quickly the maintenance staff responds to any issues is always reassuring. The corridors and common areas are kept clean, which really adds to the overall feel of living here. One small complaint would be about occasional delays in getting certain repairs done, but it's not a major concern for us. Indira Nagar has excellent metro and bus access, making commuting easy. The area feels well developed and settled, with everything we need just a stone's throw away.

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.
