Parking can be a bit tricky during evenings, but otherwise it’s a comfortable place to stay. The water supply was mostly steady when I lived here, which made daily life easier. Kids have some space to play around, so my little one enjoyed that a lot. Overall, felt safe and quiet enough for family living. Would be better if parking was a bit more organized though.

Common areas are mostly clean and wellmaintained, which I liked. Sometimes the elevator takes a bit longer during peak hours, but overall it's a comfortable place to stay.

Place is mostly calm in the evenings, which I liked after a busy day. The flat’s finishing is decent but could be a bit better in the kitchen area. Overall, felt safe coming back late at night.

Really liked how open and green the surroundings are here. The kids have a nice play area, so my little one enjoyed a lot during weekends. Neighbours seem friendly and it feels safe to let children roam around. Sometimes the maintenance could be a bit quicker, but overall it’s a good place to live with family.

Nice and calm place to stay, not much noise even during peak hours. The security guards are friendly and always alert, which makes me feel safe. Would be better if the nearby traffic was a bit lighter though.

Lift is a bit slow, so sometimes I have to wait more than I expected. Neighbours are mostly quiet, which is good, but security staff could be a little more helpful when you ask questions. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay without too much hassle.
