Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Morning sunlight barely makes it through my windows, and the flat often feels a bit stuffy despite good ventilation. Security at the gate is not as tight as I expected, there have been a few instances of unauthorized access which left me uneasy. It's frustrating because the building has potential with its design, but these issues really hold it back. Chhani has decent schools nearby that cater well to families, and it's nice to have parks where kids can play without having to travel far. The community vibe is friendly, but improving security would make it feel much safer for everyone.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Access to the main road and metro gate is just a stone's throw away, which makes commuting so much easier. The gym and pool within the project are great for keeping the family active and healthy, plus it's nice to have those amenities right at our doorstep. If there's one small concern, it would be that sometimes the noise from nearby traffic can be a bit distracting during quieter hours, but overall, we're quite satisfied with our choice here.

Cracks started showing on the walls within a few months, which makes me question the quality of construction at Myrah 32. When comparing prices in Chhani, I feel like there are better options out there for the same or even lower rates. The locality feels fairly developed and is quite settled, with reliable water supply and electricity most of the time, which is a relief considering other places in Vadodara can be hit or miss.

Living here for the past ten months. The flat gets good ventilation and the construction quality is solid. The maintenance team is responsive enough when you raise issues.

Commute to work from here is surprisingly convenient, making mornings much less stressful than I expected. Neighbourhood events bring everyone together nicely, although I wish the kids' play area was a little bigger for more activities.
