I've been residing in this project for the past 1 year. The apartments are beautifully constructed, and the builder is renowned for providing outstanding maintenance and price also reasonable.

A friend recommended this project when I was looking for midrange apartments close to my workplace because it is being developed by the most renowned builder in Hyderabad and has a great track record. Although the cost is relatively high, the facilities and maintenance are excellent.

Good project, we haven't had any major concerns so far, and the staff is more welcoming and responsive to issues. The flats are beautifully crafted  and have wider balconies.

Compared to other projects at this location, the price is slightly higher, but the quality and maintenance are excellent, and also located close to all the facilities, including schools, hospitals, and workplaces.

I felt they needed to provide more place or put separate space for blocks because the project is huge, the play area and other amenities like swimming pool, garden are constantly crowded.

The project is good, and the neighborhood is close to popular areas, but there are issues like high cost of living, huge traffic at peak hours and basic necessities also expansive due to prime area.
