Feeling welcomed by my neighbours has made all the difference in settling into Multi Harmony Homes, everyone looks out for each other which creates a nice community atmosphere. While the lift could use some upgrading, maintenance of the building itself is commendable. The traffic during peak hours can be a challenge, but there are plenty of parks and open spaces nearby where kids can play and we can unwind.

Friendly faces and a strong community spirit make Multi Harmony Homes a wonderful place to settle down. Neighbours often lend a helping hand, whether it's sharing local tips or organizing get togethers for kids. The maintenance staff is responsive too, they usually address complaints swiftly, though I wish their hours were slightly longer for emergencies. In Sarika, the nearby parks are great for evening walks and family picnics, making it feel like a well rounded locality that's both developed and welcoming. It's nice knowing that everything we need is just around the corner, from grocery stores to schools.

Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.

A real sense of community makes a big difference in how we feel at home, and that's exactly what I've found here. Neighbours look out for each other, whether it's helping with groceries or just sharing updates about the local shops. Schools and hospitals are easily accessible, which is a huge plus for families like mine. My only small complaint would be that the common areas could use more upkeep, it sometimes feels like they need a little extra attention. The property appreciation trend in Sarika has been quite positive lately, so that's encouraging for long term plans. Plus, the roads around here have improved significantly, making commutes much easier than before.

Walking through the well maintained corridors of Multi Harmony Homes always gives me a sense of satisfaction. The gym and pool are just what my family needs after a long day, and it's nice to have such clean common areas that everyone respects. One small complaint would be the occasional noise from kids playing in the sports area, but it's more fun than anything else. In Sarika, traffic can get a bit tricky during peak hours, especially with school runs and office commutes. However, we're lucky to have some lovely parks nearby where we can enjoy weekends with our kids or unwind after work.

Moved in roughly a year back. The society is quiet and the building is kept reasonably clean. Connectivity to the main road is decent for daily work commute.

Meeting the neighbours here has been such a pleasant surprise, everyone is friendly and supportive, which creates a lovely community feel. Whenever there's an issue, the maintenance staff respond quickly and handle complaints with professionalism. One minor drawback is that sometimes it takes a little while for the lifts to arrive during peak hours, but overall, I find it easy to overlook given how well everything else works.

The value here doesn't seem to match what I expected, especially when compared to other options nearby. On the plus side, there are a couple of good clinics within easy reach for emergencies, and the roads around the area have been kept in decent shape which helps during daily commutes. Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.
