Construction quality leaves much to be desired, with several finishes not meeting expectations. While there's a decent community feel among the neighbours, it doesn't compensate for the shortcomings in my flat. Schools nearby are quite good and many families rely on them, plus the streets generally feel safe at night which gives some peace of mind while out late.

Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.

Attention to detail in the construction finish has really impressed me, and the quality of the flat feels solid. Common areas are generally well maintained, although I wish the corridors had a bit more lighting at times.

Noise from the nearby roads can be quite bothersome, especially during peak hours. While the amenities like the gym and pool have decent setups, they tend to echo a lot more than expected, making it hard to enjoy a quiet workout or swim. It's frustrating because we were hoping for a peaceful environment after coming home from long workdays.

Moved in roughly a year back. The society is quiet and the building is kept reasonably clean. Connectivity to the main road is decent for daily work commute.

Having reliable water supply and consistent power backup really makes life easier here, which is a big relief for someone like me with a busy schedule. The pool and sports area are also fantastic, it's nice to have some options for relaxation after work or on weekends. One small thing that could improve is the availability of more workout classes in the fitness zone. The locality around Kompally feels safe even at night, which is important for families. Plus, there's good access to the metro and bus services nearby, making commuting quite manageable.

Walking back from the metro station always feels safe and welcoming, especially with friendly neighbors greeting each other. The proximity to the main road makes commuting easy for work, which is a huge plus during weekdays. Kids play together in the evenings while families gather for chai on weekends, creating a lovely sense of community. One small downside has been some construction noise nearby, but it's manageable and hasn't affected our overall enjoyment here.

Near the main road and metro gate, it's easy to step out for work or errands. However, maintenance support could be better, I've faced delays in getting issues resolved which can be quite frustrating. For the price and location, it feels like there should be more attention paid to keeping everything in good shape.

Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Kompally has turned out to be a lovely area for our family, and Msquare offers fantastic value compared to other options around. The gym is quite well equipped, and the pool area gets plenty of use during weekends with the kids. One small issue though sometimes maintenance can take a little while to respond, but overall we are very happy here.
