Nice calm place to stay, good for families with kids because there is enough open space for them to play. Neighbours are friendly and it feels like a small community. Rent here seems reasonable compared to other areas, so I think it’s a good option if you want to invest. Only thing I felt could improve is better street lighting in some corners at night. Overall, we enjoyed living here.
