Common areas are usually clean and wellmaintained, which I really liked. Water supply is mostly fine, but sometimes there’s a little delay in the evening. Overall, the security staff are friendly and helpful.

Really like how peaceful it feels here, especially with the green trees around. Sometimes water supply is a bit slow, but overall it’s comfortable to live in. Balcony space is nice for evening tea and fresh air.

Common areas are mostly clean but sometimes corridors have dust, which is a bit off. Security seems alert, so I felt safe coming back late at night. Staff could be friendlier though. Pretty decent overall.

Neighbourhood is quite peaceful and clean, which I liked a lot. Daily commute to office is not too bad, though during peak hours traffic can slow down a bit. Shops and grocery stores are nearby, so it’s easy to get daily essentials without much hassle. Would be better if there were more weekend hangout spots around, but overall a comfortable place to stay.

Lobby and common areas are pretty clean and wellmaintained. Sometimes lifts take a bit longer during peak hours, but overall it's comfortable to stay here. The community feels friendly too. Mostly good
