Power cuts happen more often than expected, which can be frustrating especially when you're relying on appliances for daily tasks. Water supply also has its share of issues, we've faced dry taps during peak hours, which is quite inconvenient. While the location is good with several restaurants and food joints close by, I wish there were better parks or open spaces nearby to take a break from the hustle.

Recently, the maintenance staff handled a plumbing issue in my kitchen very promptly. Having easy access to public transport from the gate makes my daily commute a lot smoother, which is essential with work and family commitments. One small drawback has been some occasional noise during peak hours, but overall, it's been a really positive experience here in Sundarpur.

Friendly neighbours make life here feel more like a community than just another housing complex. The sense of belonging and shared experiences really adds to the overall satisfaction. Compared to other options in Bhubaneshwar, I find the value for what we pay quite reasonable, especially given the amenities offered. One minor issue has been occasional noise from nearby construction, but it hasn't taken away from our enjoyment of this place.

Feeling settled in this place has been quite an experience. The convenience of having shops and a good hospital just around the corner makes daily life easier, though I wish there were more dining options nearby. Schools like Greenfield Academy and D.A.V are close enough that my kids can walk there safely, plus there's a lovely park where they enjoy playing with friends on weekends. Public transport access to the main road is also smooth, which helps when commuting for work or running errands.

Neighbors often gather in the evenings, which creates a nice community atmosphere. However, noise from the main road can be quite bothersome, especially during rush hours. It's convenient being so close to the metro gate for commuting, but that also means dealing with constant traffic and honking. Sundarpur feels fairly settled, there are good schools around and hospitals like Care Hospital not too far away for emergencies. It's comforting knowing that essential services are within reach while still having a friendly neighborhood vibe.

Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.

Lift maintenance has been quite poor lately, often leaving residents stranded for extended periods. Building upkeep also seems to be lacking, and while some neighbors are friendly, the overall community vibe feels a bit off at times. Nearby hospitals and clinics are really convenient, so health emergencies can be managed without too much stress. Plus, there's a nice park close by where kids can play and families can unwind during weekends.

Waking up here feels refreshing with how little noise comes through the walls. Maintenance is quick to respond whenever we raise any issues, which really makes life easier. Just wish the entrance area had a little more lighting in the evenings, otherwise, everything's been quite pleasant.
