Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Sunlight streams in beautifully during the morning hours, making it quite pleasant. Airflow is decent throughout the day, which helps keep things fresh. However, commuting can be frustrating, traffic near the gate gets really congested, especially during peak hours. It's inconvenient when trying to get to work on time or pick up kids from school.

Shops and schools nearby make daily errands quite easy, which is a blessing for our family. The lift condition has been decent overall, though I wish it would get upgraded more frequently to keep up with usage. Health care facilities are also within reach, adding to the convenience of living here.

Complaints get addressed quickly by the maintenance staff, which really makes a difference when you're juggling work and family. The lifts are in pretty decent condition too, though sometimes I wish they were a little faster during peak hours. Overall, Module Hiranmoyee feels like a solid place to call home. New Alipore is developing nicely, and I've seen good property appreciation trends lately. Water and electricity have been reliable so far, so no major concerns there either.

Close proximity to the main road and metro gate makes commuting a breeze, which is such a relief for someone with a busy schedule. The security setup at the gate feels reassuring, providing that added peace of mind while coming and going. Only downside is sometimes the noise from traffic can be a bit much, especially in the mornings, but overall it's been a great place to call home.

Moved in roughly a year back. The society is quiet and the building is kept reasonably clean. Connectivity to the main road is decent for daily work commute.

Morning sun barely reaches my flat, making it feel quite dim and stuffy most of the time. Compared to other options around New Alipore, the value isn't what I expected, you pay a decent amount but end up compromising on light and air. Finding an auto or cab is generally hassle free here, and there are several supermarkets and kirana stores within walking distance, which is convenient for quick shopping trips.
