Feels safe coming home late, and the flat’s finishing is quite neat, though parking space could be a bit better.

Quiet mornings are really nice here, and I enjoy stepping out on the balcony with a cup of tea. Traffic can get a bit hectic during rush hour, but overall it’s peaceful most of the time. Would be great if they could improve parking space a little.

The security guards were always helpful, and power backup worked well during evenings, but sometimes water supply was a bit low.

Quiet place to stay, not much noise even during evenings. The lift is a bit slow sometimes but overall comfortable living here. Rent seems reasonable compared to other areas nearby.

Balcony is nice for morning tea, but parking gets a bit tricky in the evening. The community space feels good though, especially for small gettogethers with neighbors. Overall, a decent place to stay if you don’t mind occasional noise.

Nice place overall, but sometimes water supply gets a bit irregular which can be annoying. Shops and markets are not too far, so daily stuff is easy to manage. Neighbours seem friendly, making the community feel quite comfortable.

Neighbours are mostly friendly, but lifts take forever during peak hours which can get frustrating. Rent seems okay for the area, though I feel prices might be a bit high right now. Overall, not bad but could improve. Could be better

Security guards are quite helpful and always alert, so I felt safe even when coming back late at night. Shops and markets are nearby, which makes daily errands easy. Would be better if the street lights were a bit brighter though.
