Local shops are fairly close, which is convenient for quick errands. The nearby schools and hospitals do make life easier, yet the building's upkeep leaves much to be desired, lifts frequently break down, causing frustration during busy hours. While there's potential here, these maintenance issues really detract from the overall experience.

A strong water supply and reliable power backup make living here really comfortable. The flat stays quiet, which is a big plus for someone like me who needs peace after a long workday. My only small complaint is the occasional noise from outside during peak hours, but it's manageable. The locality has everything we need supermarkets and kirana stores are just a short walk away, making grocery shopping easy. There are also some good restaurants nearby where we often grab takeout or enjoy family dinners on weekends.
