Been here since possession. The layout works well for a family. Power backup is reliable and the neighbours are cooperative. Could do with more greenery in the common areas.

Noisy mornings have become a regular part of my routine since settling in Dhalua. The location is close to the main road, which makes it easy to access shops and schools nearby, but that also means constant traffic sounds that can be quite disruptive. There are decent hospitals around too, but sometimes I feel the amenities could be better maintained. Metro access isn't far off, so commuting is manageable when needed. Plus, there are some nice restaurants and food joints in the area that offer a variety of options for meals out.

Stepping inside the flat, it's like finding a little oasis of calm amid the hustle and bustle outside. The noise level is surprisingly low, I can barely hear any traffic, which is refreshing after a long day at work. One small downside would be that sometimes the neighbors can be a bit loud during celebrations, but overall it's quite peaceful. Dhalua has been great for our family too, with supermarkets and kirana stores just a short walk away for those last minute grocery runs. The roads are well maintained here as well, making commutes smooth whether you're heading out for errands or to work.

Living here for the past ten months. The flat gets good ventilation and the construction quality is solid. The maintenance team is responsive enough when you raise issues.

Seeing the lift in good condition every day definitely gives a sense of relief, especially during busy mornings. The building is well kept and feels safe, which adds to my overall satisfaction here. Only complaint would be that sometimes the cleaning staff could be a bit more thorough in common areas, but it's not a major issue for me. Dhalua is quite peaceful with minimal noise from nearby roads, making it easy to unwind after work. Plus, finding an auto or cab around here is never a hassle, so getting around Kolkata is pretty convenient.

Commute from the gate to my office can be quite challenging, especially during peak hours. While there are some decent amenities around, value for money feels lacking compared to other options in Dhalua.

Facilities like the gym and pool at MK Triaksh really enhance daily life. It's a fantastic way to unwind after work or spend quality time with family on weekends. One small complaint would be that peak hours can get crowded, but that's a minor trade off for such great amenities in Dhalua compared to other options around.

Shops are conveniently located nearby, making quick errands much easier. With a couple of schools within walking distance, it's been great for my kids' education. Hospitals being close by adds to the peace of mind as well. One small issue is that sometimes the sounds from outside can be heard when the windows are open, but it's hardly noticeable when they're closed.

Security at the gate is quite impressive, giving a real sense of safety for everyone here. The flat receives ample light and fresh air throughout the day, which makes mornings feel really energizing. My only small concern is that the common areas could use a little more maintenance occasionally. Overall, very satisfied with our choice to live here in Dhalua.

Moved in roughly a year back. The society is quiet and the building is kept reasonably clean. Connectivity to the main road is decent for daily work commute.
