The building is pretty clean, especially the corridors and lobby, which makes coming home nice. Shops and a small market are just a short walk away, so it's convenient for daily needs. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy in the evening, but overall it's a peaceful place to stay. I liked how easy it was to find everything nearby without needing to travel far. Would be better if parking was a bit more organized though.

Common areas are mostly clean, but sometimes the corridor lights flicker in the evening which feels a bit off. Water supply is okay, though there was a short disruption once during my stay. Overall, it’s a decent place to live if you don’t mind minor hiccups with maintenance.

The neighbours here are quite friendly and it feels like a closeknit community, which I really appreciate.
