Water supply issues have been quite frustrating lately, especially during the summer months when it feels like a constant battle to keep taps running. Power backup is also inconsistent, which adds to the stress of everyday life. While there's a decent sense of community among neighbours who look out for each other, these basic amenities are really dragging down the experience here at Metropolitan Emerald.

Finding a place that feels like home can be challenging, but living here has been a pleasant surprise. Neighbours are friendly and supportive, there's always someone around to share ideas or help out when needed. Value for money is commendable compared to other local options, making it easier to enjoy the community spirit without stretching our budget too much. Just wish the gym facilities were a bit more spacious, but that's a minor hiccup in an otherwise great experience.

Noticeable cracks in the corridors and neglected common areas have made living here less enjoyable than I expected. While the community feel among neighbours is strong, it would be nice if management took more care of the upkeep to enhance that sense of belonging. Organizing a few clean up drives could really help improve the overall look and comfort of our shared spaces. Geetanagar has good metro access which makes commuting easier, and there are a couple of hospitals nearby for any emergencies, so that's definitely a plus. But honestly, addressing maintenance issues should be higher on their priority list for everyone's sake.

Feeling secure with the gated setup has made settling here so much easier, especially for my family. Metropolitan Emerald offers good value compared to other options in Guwahati, and the amenities are quite decent for what we pay. My only small complaint would be that sometimes maintenance can take a little longer than expected, but it's not a major issue for us. Geetanagar is relatively quiet at night, which is comforting after a long day at work. The streets feel safe when I step out for an evening walk or run errands nearby, so that's definitely a plus.

Natural light floods the rooms throughout the day, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that feels refreshing. The layout ensures plenty of airflow, which is crucial during humid months. Compared to other options in Geetanagar, this place offers excellent value without compromising on space or comfort. Only downside has been the occasional noise from nearby construction, but it's manageable given how much we enjoy living here.

Amenities are decent, especially the gym and pool area where I've met a few friendly neighbours. However, there seems to be an issue with maintenance responsiveness, it takes time for them to address concerns. It's frustrating when you rely on certain facilities to be in good shape but they aren't always up to mark. Geetanagar has its perks, with good hospitals nearby like the Arya Hospital and a couple of nice parks for evening walks or kids to play in. The community feeling here helps, but that maintenance issue really puts a damper on things sometimes.

Corridors often feel neglected, with cleaning sometimes taking a backseat. Whenever there's an issue and we reach out to maintenance, the response can be slow and not always effective. It's frustrating because you expect better when paying for amenities. On a positive note, Geetanagar has decent schools nearby that many families like us send their kids to, which makes things convenient. Plus, there are several supermarkets and kirana stores within walking distance, so getting daily essentials isn't a hassle at all.
