Moved in roughly a year back. The society is quiet and the building is kept reasonably clean. Connectivity to the main road is decent for daily work commute.

Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.

Attention to detail in the construction quality has made our flat feel like home, and the daily commute from here is surprisingly easy. My only concern is that sometimes it can get a bit noisy during peak hours with traffic outside, but overall, we're very satisfied living here.

Windows are limited, making it hard to keep the flat airy. The gym is decent but tends to get crowded in the evenings, which makes exercising more frustrating than enjoyable.

Security at the gate gives us a real sense of safety, and I appreciate how well maintained the lifts are. The overall upkeep of the building is impressive, making it a pleasant place to come home to each day. My only small complaint would be that sometimes the Wi Fi can be a bit patchy. Kalyan Nagar has decent roads, so getting around isn't an issue at all. Plus, there are good hospitals and clinics nearby, which is always reassuring in case of emergencies.

Noticing the state of the lifts lately has been quite disappointing. They often seem to be out of order, which is frustrating, especially during busy mornings when everyone is trying to head out. While our neighbours are friendly and create a nice community feel, it would really help if the building was better maintained overall. For a place like Melrose in Kalyan Nagar, I expected more attention to upkeep. Kalyan Nagar does have some lovely parks nearby, making it great for evening walks or weekend picnics with family. The area feels well established and settled, which adds to the charm despite some issues we face in our building.

Shops and hospitals are just around the corner, making daily life so much easier. Schools in the area provide great options for kids too, but occasional power outages can be a hassle during peak summer.

Been here since possession. The layout works well for a family. Power backup is reliable and the neighbours are cooperative. Could do with more greenery in the common areas.

Schools nearby are decent and there are shops for daily needs, but the maintenance team takes too long to address any issues. Waiting days for even minor repairs can be quite frustrating.
