The security guards were quite helpful and polite, made me feel safe. The flat's finishing was good, though a little more attention to paint quality would be nice. Shops are not too far, so overall convenient. Pretty decent place

Kids seem to enjoy playing around the common areas, which is nice for families. Would be better if there were a few more benches to sit outside though.
