Consistent noise from the nearby road makes it challenging to relax at home, especially during peak hours. Lift maintenance seems neglected as it's often out of order, which becomes frustrating when carrying groceries or moving things around. Building upkeep also leaves much to be desired, common areas are not as well maintained as one would expect. It's disappointing because I thought the location in Model Town would offer a bit more comfort and peace.

Hearing the lift creak every time it's used can be unsettling, especially when you live on one of the higher floors. Building upkeep has been less than ideal, there are times when common areas look neglected, and that adds to a general sense of unease. Inside the flat, it's surprisingly quiet most of the time, which is a relief given how busy Bareilly can get. Model Town is decent with minimal noise from main roads nearby, but finding an auto or cab isn't always straightforward during peak hours. There are moments when I wish for better connectivity options right at our doorstep.

Walls show signs of poor finishing and the airflow isn't great, which is disappointing for a new flat. It feels more cramped than expected, affecting daily comfort. On the upside, Model Town has several supermarkets and local kirana stores just a short walk away, making grocery shopping convenient. The noise levels are manageable too, so it's mostly peaceful despite being close to busy roads.

Model Town has some good schools nearby that my children actually attend, making mornings a lot smoother for us. Plus, property values seem to be appreciating nicely in this area, so it feels like we made a solid choice by settling here.

Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.
