Stepping into the flat, there's an instant sense of calm that makes it easy to unwind after a long day. Daily commutes are pretty straightforward since the main road is just a short distance away, though sometimes traffic can back up during peak hours. Inside, it's surprisingly peaceful I hardly hear any noise from outside, making it feel like a cozy retreat. In Modakurichi, you have some lovely parks nearby where the kids can play or we can take evening walks. While peak hour traffic has its moments of frustration, it's manageable and doesn't detract much from our overall experience here.

Living here for the past ten months. The flat gets good ventilation and the construction quality is solid. The maintenance team is responsive enough when you raise issues.

Security at the gate gives a real sense of safety, which is something I appreciate when coming home after work. Having shops and basic amenities nearby makes life easy, especially when you have kids. Hospitals and schools are just around the corner, so it's reassuring knowing that healthcare and education are easily accessible. One small downside is that sometimes it can get a little crowded during weekends with families out shopping, but overall I'm quite satisfied living here.

Feeling the fresh air while sipping morning tea on the balcony is a daily delight here. The gym has all the necessary equipment and gets busy in the evenings, which speaks to how much residents value their health. Access to a nice pool area adds a wonderful touch for weekend relaxation with family. If there's one small complaint, it would be that sometimes finding space for evening workouts can be challenging when everyone else seems to have the same idea.

Convenient access to the main road makes daily commutes a breeze, and the maintenance team is always prompt in addressing any concerns we have. Only wish there was a bit more attention given to garden upkeep, but it's a small trade off for such a pleasant living environment.

Sunlight pours in beautifully throughout the day, making the rooms feel bright and welcoming, while inside it stays peaceful enough to enjoy a good book or family time without distractions. One small drawback is that the ventilation could be slightly better in some corners of the flat. Modakurichi has its perks with plenty of autos and cabs readily available for those busy mornings, though traffic can get a bit heavy during peak hours. Still, it's manageable for our daily commutes!

Construction finish in my flat isn't as good as expected, there are minor issues with the walls and fittings that could've been better. Security setup at the gate feels a bit lacking, especially during late hours when it's not always manned properly. On a positive note, Modakurichi has decent infrastructure, and getting an auto or cab is usually hassle free. Roads are mostly well maintained, which makes commuting quite smooth for daily errands.

Quality finish in the flat stands out, making it feel like a true home. The amenities are quite nice too, the gym is well equipped and the pool area has become our go to for relaxing weekends. One small issue has been that maintenance responses can take a little longer than expected sometimes. Walking around Modakurichi at night feels safe, which is important with kids around. There are good schools nearby that many families in the community use, making it convenient for parents like us.
