Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Having quick access to the main road from our gate makes daily commutes a breeze, which is such a relief considering how busy life can get. The security setup here really puts my mind at ease, it feels safe coming and going at any hour. If I had to mention one small downside, it would be that sometimes the guards could be a bit more attentive during peak hours, but overall I'm quite content living in MAX Orbit City.

Quality of the construction leaves much to be desired, several finishes in the flat feel rushed and not well thought out. Nearby shops are limited, which can be frustrating when trying to find daily essentials without traveling far. Schools and hospitals are decent, but better options would have been appreciated for this area. For a place marketed as modern living, it really does fall short on many fronts.

The sound insulation in our flat is surprisingly good, making it feel peaceful despite being in a bustling area of Ashapur. Commuting from the gate to my workplace is really convenient and has cut down on travel time. One small complaint would be that the lift can sometimes take a while during peak hours, but that's a minor issue overall.

Facilities like the gym and sports area here are a real bonus, making it easy to maintain a healthy lifestyle without stepping out. The pool is perfect for unwinding after a long day, and I appreciate having such amenities right within reach. Water supply is reliable, which can be hard to find in some areas of Varanasi. If there's one small thing to improve, it would be the occasional power fluctuations during peak hours, however, the backup generally kicks in quickly.

Coming home to MAX Orbit City feels like being part of a close knit community. Neighbours often meet up for morning walks and there's always someone around to chat with. The gym and pool area are really nice, I enjoy my workouts there, and my kids love splashing around on weekends. One small issue has been the occasional noise from nearby construction, but it hasn't overshadowed our overall satisfaction in this lovely environment.

A close knit community feel among the neighbours was something I genuinely appreciated right from the start. We often exchange greetings and help each other out, which makes living here a bit warmer. However, the construction finish leaves much to be desired, there are issues like uneven flooring and some poorly done paintwork that just don't sit well for a new flat. It's frustrating because these details matter when you're settling into a home.
