Proximity to the main road and metro gate makes daily commuting really straightforward, which is a big plus for our busy lives. While water supply has been consistent, there's been the occasional power cut that can catch you off guard during peak hours.

The maintenance staff is responsive and handles complaints efficiently, though there are times when waiting for repairs can be a bit longer than expected. All in all, it's been a positive experience!

Quality of the flat hasn't lived up to what I expected, especially considering the price. The construction finish feels a bit rushed, and there are minor issues that needed fixing when we moved in. Value for money isn't really there when I compare it to other options nearby. Kanke has some good hospitals within reach which is reassuring, but traffic can be quite frustrating during peak hours, making commutes longer than they should be.

Struggling with the proximity to essential services here. While there are shops and schools nearby, they often lack variety and quality, which makes routine errands feel like a chore. Neighbours do seem friendly enough, however, the overall community vibe feels underwhelming with limited events or interactions happening regularly. A hospital is a short distance away, yet I've had concerns about waiting times during emergencies which can be stressful for any family.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Commute from the gate can be a hassle, especially during peak hours. On top of that, the lift situation is quite disappointing, it often feels like a game of luck whether you'll get one that works smoothly. Building upkeep leaves much to be desired as well, which adds to the overall frustration.
