Security at the gate could definitely use some improvement, as there have been a few instances where it felt less than reassuring. While neighbors are generally friendly and it's nice to feel part of a community, the lack of effective measures for safety really overshadows that positive aspect. It's frustrating because building good relationships among residents is easier when we all feel secure in our surroundings.

Living here for the past ten months. The flat gets good ventilation and the construction quality is solid. The maintenance team is responsive enough when you raise issues.

Feeling really content with my choice to settle in Maddilapalem. The value for money here is impressive compared to what's available elsewhere, and the daily commute is quick and straightforward right from the gate. Only minor concern is that some common areas could use a little more maintenance now and then, but overall it's been a great experience for our family.

Moved in roughly a year back. The society is quiet and the building is kept reasonably clean. Connectivity to the main road is decent for daily work commute.

Right off the main road, this place makes commuting a breeze. Everything from schools to hospitals is just around the corner, which is such a relief when juggling work and family needs. Neighbours are friendly, creating a nice community feel. One small complaint would be that sometimes the nearby shops can get crowded during weekends, making quick errands take a little longer than expected. Overall though, very satisfied with my choice here at Mani Kailash Mahendra Grand!

Noise from the nearby road can be quite distracting, making it tough to enjoy some quiet time at home. While there are decent hospitals and schools in the vicinity, they don't compensate for the constant hustle outside. The Maddilapalem area feels quite developed and has a range of supermarkets and local kirana stores just a short walk away, which is really convenient for our daily needs. It's nice to have everything within reach, but I do wish it was a bit quieter overall.

Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Airflow in the flat feels limited, especially during the hotter months when a little ventilation would really help. Being close to the main road and metro gate does make commuting easier, yet traffic can become quite overwhelming at peak hours. There's not enough space around for kids to play outside or for family gatherings, which is disappointing. Overall, it doesn't feel as spacious as expected given the location.

Water supply issues have been a consistent concern, with interruptions becoming quite frustrating at times. While the maintenance staff tries to address complaints quickly, their effectiveness leaves much to be desired, I've had instances where it took days for even simple issues to be resolved. On a brighter note, Maddilapalem has some good supermarkets and kirana stores within walking distance, which makes grocery shopping convenient. There are also a couple of nice parks nearby that offer some green space for families to enjoy on weekends.
