The common areas are usually clean and wellmaintained, which makes coming home after work nice. The security feels okay too, so I don’t worry much when returning late. Maybe they could add more evening community events to make it livelier.

Nice open balconies which I enjoyed in the mornings, but sometimes the nearby traffic noise can get a bit distracting. Shops and hospitals are not too far, so overall it's convenient for daily needs.
