Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Friendly faces in the community make coming home a pleasure, and I love spending weekends at the gym and pool with my neighbours. Just wish the sports area had a few more options for kids to keep them engaged!

Noticing the well maintained corridors and common areas really makes a difference every day. The lifts are functioning smoothly, which is a relief during busy mornings. Just wish the cleaning crew could be a bit more consistent in some spots, but overall, it's been a pleasant experience here at Mahaveer Camelia in K R Puram.

Water supply has been quite reliable here, and it's reassuring to know there's power backup available during those unexpected outages. The community is peaceful, making it a pleasant environment for family life. My only small concern is that the maintenance team could respond a bit quicker at times. K R Puram is convenient for commuting, finding an auto or cab is never a hassle, which adds to the ease of daily travel. The streets feel safe even at night, allowing me to relax after long days at work.

Walls in the corridors often feel neglected, with scuff marks that have been there for months. Common areas don't seem to receive regular maintenance either, sometimes it looks like no one is paying attention at all. While the flat itself has decent features, the finishing quality left much to be desired, with some uneven tiles and paint touch ups missing. It's disappointing because this community has potential but really needs better upkeep and attention to detail.

Security at the gate provides a reassuring presence, making us feel safe as we come and go. Water supply is consistent, and power backup has been reliable during outages, which is such a relief in Bangalore's unpredictable weather, however, the occasional maintenance work can be disruptive. K R Puram feels quite safe to walk around in the evenings with well lit streets and friendly neighbours, while noise levels are manageable enough that it doesn't disturb our family time at home.

Clean corridors and well maintained common areas make coming home feel pleasant every day. Commute is quite convenient with easy access to public transport right at the gate, though sometimes rush hour traffic can be a hassle. The K R Puram locality offers good metro connections and reliable bus services, making it easier to navigate around the city despite peak hour congestion.

Seeing the prompt response from maintenance staff has been a real relief. Whenever there's an issue, they handle it quickly and professionally, which makes life easier for all of us here. The lifts are usually in good condition, although I wish they were a bit larger since sometimes it gets crowded during peak hours. Overall, Mahaveer Camelia feels like home with its well kept surroundings and friendly neighbors.

Sunlight streams in beautifully throughout the day, making the flat feel warm and inviting. The corridors and common areas are well maintained, which adds a nice touch to the overall environment. One small thing that could be improved is the occasional delay in resolving minor maintenance issues, but that hasn't overshadowed my satisfaction with this place at all.
