Quiet place with decent greenery around, which I liked. Water supply is mostly fine but sometimes gets low in the evenings, so you have to be careful. The commute to my office takes a bit longer than expected because of traffic, but overall it’s manageable. Balconies are nice for morning tea, though I wish there was more open space for kids to play.

Community events here are nice, everyone seems friendly and it feels safe with good security. Shops are a bit far, so having a vehicle helps. Overall, a calm place to live. Good peace

Really felt comfortable staying here, the flat has good finishing and feels solid. It’s quite safe to come back late at night, which was a big relief. Maybe a bit more attention to parking space would make it even better.
