The flat felt sturdy and wellbuilt, which I liked a lot. The common areas were generally clean, though sometimes the corridors could use a bit more attention. It’s a quiet place overall, good for daily living without much hassle. Rent seems reasonable compared to nearby options, so it could be a decent investment too. Would appreciate better lighting in the lobby area though.
