Been here close to a year now. Water supply is consistent and the lift rarely gives trouble. Society could do better on common area upkeep but nothing deal breaking.

Sunlight pours into the living room every morning, making it such a pleasant start to the day. Power backup works well, ensuring we never face interruptions during work from home days. Water supply is reliable, so no worries there either. One small complaint would be that the elevators can be a little slow during peak hours. Traffic in Thoraipakkam can get quite heavy when everyone is heading out for work or school, but overall it feels settled and developed with plenty of amenities nearby. It's nice to have good shops and restaurants within walking distance too.

Evenings are quite noisy with all the traffic from Thoraipakkam, which makes relaxing at home a challenge. Commute to work is manageable from the gate, but constant sound outside really affects how peaceful it feels inside.

Shifted in about eight months back. The flat itself is fine, layout is practical and the building is well maintained. Main road access takes a bit of time during peak hours but manageable.

Always a relief to have consistent water supply and reliable power backup, those two aspects are crucial for everyday life. The lifts are well maintained, which is a big plus considering how many times we use them daily. If there's one thing I wish was better, it would be the cleanliness of common areas sometimes, but overall, we've settled in quite comfortably. Thoraipakkam has its perks as well, finding an auto or cab is usually easy no matter what time it is. The streets feel safe at night too, which adds to my peace of mind when I'm out late.

Quiet evenings are a blessing here, making it easy to unwind after a long day. Neighbours are friendly and often gather for small chats or celebrations, creating a nice sense of community that we truly appreciate. One minor downside is the occasional construction noise during the day, but once inside, it's surprisingly peaceful. Overall, this place has become a lovely home for us in Thoraipakkam.

Stepping into the flat, it's easy to appreciate the quality of the construction and finishes, everything feels solid and well thought out. The lift operates smoothly most days, but there are times when it's a bit slower than I'd like during peak hours. Thoraipakkam has really matured over the years with good local shops and restaurants popping up everywhere. Water supply is reliable, and I haven't faced any issues with electricity so far, which makes life here quite comfortable.

About nine months into living here. The flat size is as advertised and the builder has kept commitments on amenities. Auto availability from the gate is the only occasional struggle.

Security at the gate could use some improvement, sometimes it feels like there's a lack of proper checks. The gym is decent, but the pool area often gets crowded and isn't always maintained well. While I appreciate having these amenities, they don't always deliver on their promise. Thoraipakkam has good access to the metro and bus services, making commuting easier for work. The streets generally feel safe at night, which is a relief when coming home late from the office.

Took possession six months ago. The finish quality is decent, no major complaints. Security at the gate is proper and the neighbourhood has all basic amenities within reach.
